Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.
- Follow detailed Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Use a variety of measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards.
- Accurately document test results, maintain data records, and assist in generating reports.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and throughput goals.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic test equipment.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to grow and learn in a technical role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACTIVE Secret Clearance
- Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics is preferred.
