The Program Manager will play a critical role in managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with DoD IT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily IT operations and service delivery across geographically dispersed sites.
- Oversee system administration, help desk services, cybersecurity, VTC support, project execution, and data management.
- Serve as the primary interface between contractor teams and senior government leadership, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and documentation to senior-ranking officials.
- Ensure adherence to DoD policies, procedures, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Supervise and support staff performance, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
- Monitor contract compliance and performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT operations within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior-ranking government officials.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field (B.S. or B.A.).
- Active Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or higher-level certification (e.g., PMP).
- Active Secret Clearance.
