Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support an upcoming federal defense program. In this key role you will serve as a junior business program/management analyst responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, coordinating, defending and executing all aspects of the Program Managers' program funding.

Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support an upcoming federal defense program. In this key role you will serve as a junior business program/management analyst responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, coordinating, defending and executing all aspects of the Program Managers' program funding.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide technical knowledge of appropriation law, resource allocation and financial execution under the processes of DoD Acquisition and sustainment
- Assist with preparing budget estimate input for compliance with policy, rules, regulations, and procedures prescribed and provided by higher headquarters.
- Assist with the development of program plans and controls for future or new programs, to include the phased milestone schedules from development/purchase through fielding.
- Assist with the preparation, presentation, and defense of budget submissions.
- Assist in preparing manpower data requirements, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) builds, facilitates Annual Program Resource Validation (APRV) development, supports the Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR).
- Review program acquisition documents for appropriate data content and consistency.
- Assist in funding execution to create purchase requests/requisitions.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- High School Diploma AND 10+ years business, acquisition, operations support experience supporting defense or federal programs OR Bachelor's Degree AND 5 years' experience supporting defense or federal programs in a business, program, acquisition or operations type role.
- Demonstrated understanding of federal program processes and policies.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite specifically with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with resource planning tool (GFEBS, LMP, and etc.)
- Ability to communicate complex information in easy and digestible terms.
