Join us at the Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems Division as the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Operating Unit (OU) Process Developer, where you'll be responsible for streamlining operations and improving efficiency within IAMD OU by analyzing and enhancing existing processes. Your work will have a direct impact on key leaders and over 400 employees, shaping the trajectory of our division. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, leading process improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Track process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Utilize automation solutions and technology tools to streamline workflows, applying methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
  • Provide audit operational support on engagements, focusing on the preparation, delivery, reporting, and evaluation of audit results in response to stakeholder and external regulator needs.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field. A high school diploma and an additional eight years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Twenty years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience with audit preparation, execution, and resolution.
  • Evidenced development and publishing of Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for a similarly sized government or commercial organization.
  • Green Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma.
  • Active Secret security clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ten years of experience in the U.S. Army Program Executive Office, Missiles and Space.
  • Ten years of management experience.
  • Facilities management experience.
