Program Summary
KBR maintains and manages Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) to include logistics and maintenance. The KBR APS-3 Program is managed and executed at Goose Creek in support of the Army's power projection doctrine and resources. The contract provides maintenance of APS-3 stocks (Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, IX) to ensure that unit sets stored aboard marine vessels are configured and maintained at optimal readiness. KBR provides limited maintenance and supply support to ensure that equipment sets are maintained in a ready condition for employment at the direction of the US Army. KBR also provides maintenance services and logistical support for other Army programs, IAW individual scope of work contract requirements.
Job Summary
KBR's MIS (Management Information System) section is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power Apps Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and optimizing our database systems, ensuring their seamless operation and integration with various tools and platforms. Some developing and coding skills are appropriate. This role requires proficiency in SharePoint, PowerApps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities
- PowerApps Development and Maintenance:
- Develop, manage, and optimize webapps using Powerapps and PowerBI.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure data integrity and performance.
SharePoint List Management:
- Create, maintain, and update SharePoint lists to support business processes and data management.
PowerApps Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft PowerApps to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
Dataverse Management:
- Maintain and manage tables within Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Data Transfer and Query Management:
- Conduct data transfers using queries to ensure accurate and efficient data migration and integration.
Power Automate Flow Development:
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes.
Business Process Automation:
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Excel and Power Query:
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, utilizing Power Query to manage and analyze data effectively.
Documentation and OneNote Management:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on databases, processes, and procedures using Microsoft OneNote.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must obtain and maintain local base access.
- Must possess a valid State Driver's License.
- Must be capable of getting a Secret security clearance.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of related job experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand - between 2 to 3 hours per day.
- Must be able to walk - between 2 to 3 hours per day.
- Must be able to Lift - up to 35 lbs. periodically.
- Must be able to squat, knell, bend, reach and climb periodically.
- Must be able to work outside and inside in non-climate-controlled environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SharePoint, PowerApps, Dataverse, PowerBI,Power Automate, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of data management, database design, and data integrity principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional behavior and appearance; Good verbal and written communication skills; reliable.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Power Query and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with business process automation and workflow design.
- Knowledge of best practices for database security and performance optimization.

- For hourly employees, the premium overtime is paid at time and a half.
- The APS-3 daily schedule is a 5-day workweek with the potential for overtime during high-demand missions.
- The APS-3 standard workweek schedule is from 6:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday-Friday with possible overtime as the mission demands.
- The APS-3 workforce receives 11 Federal Holidays per year in addition to paid time off.
