• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: TS//SCI with poly

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manages the on boarding of new hires and departing personnel, which includes accounts, phone services and access requests as needed
- Maintains office supplies inventory and procurement activities
- Maintains and manages kitchen supplies, including coffee service and ordering supplies
- Manages vendors for various facility related issues
- Manage cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility
- Be the primary interface for all facilities issues or concerns to employees and customers
- Assisting any program personnel in need of support or questions. Be the go-to person and primary interface to ensure a pleasant experience in the facility.
- Follow up to ensure the question or concern has been resolved
- Provide excellent customer service support to all customers, employees, and guests.
- Manage and provide status on the procurement lifecycle
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
