Summary:
3 Reasons Consulting is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs that improve skills, increase productivity, and align with organizational goals. You will play a critical part in helping individuals and teams develop professionally through tailored learning experiences. Services to be performed include, but are not limited to:
Plan, develop, and supervise training and development programs for employees and external stakeholders.
Identify and assess training needs by researching performance gaps and collaborating with leadership.
Prepare instructional materials, coordinate logistics, and administer training completion certificates.
Consult with supervisors and department leads to ensure training initiatives meet performance goals.
Function as a case manager in government-supported programs, guiding participants through appropriate training solutions.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Support organizational performance through customized learning initiatives.
Required Education and Experience:
Level 2:
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, or related Training Systems discipline preferred)
7 years of professional experience in curriculum development
Level 3:
Master’s degree (Education, Psychology, or related Training Systems discipline preferred)
10 years of professional experience in curriculum development
Clearance Level:
Active Secret Security Clearance (Required)
