Position Overview:
APK Solutions is seeking versatile, proactive consultants to support federal clients across a range of business needs. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and who can bring structure, clarity, and results to complex challenges. Consultants will analyze data, develop documentation and presentations, and improve or implement business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive results for client initiatives
-Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making
-Lead or support structured conversations to gather requirements and feedback
-Draft client-ready documentation, reports, and presentations
-Map, document, and refine business processes
-Identify and propose areas for operational improvement
-Manage multiple tasks or complex projects simultaneously
-Contribute to strategic planning efforts and client solutions
Qualifications:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas:
-Presentation development and client delivery
-Stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
-Data analysis and insights generation
-Process documentation and optimization
-Multi-project or complex program management
-Business or strategic planning
Required Experience:
-Minimum of 2 years of professional or consulting experience
-Bachelor’s degree required
