The Work You'll Do:

o Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to Salesforce applications. Identify test objectives, scope, and criteria for success.

o Test Case Development: Create detailed test cases and scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications. Ensure test cases cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the application.

o Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests to validate Salesforce functionalities. Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes.

o Defect Identification and Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.

o Collaborate with development teams to understand and resolve issues.

o Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.

o Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback on test cases and results.

o Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present test reports and summaries to stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test activities, results, and defects.

Our Sales & Service offering designs and implements sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life.

Qualifications Required:

o Bachelor's Degree

o Typically has 7 or more years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience

o Experience in Salesforce platform and its various modules. Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, HPQC).

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

o High level of attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate documentation

o Currently holds or is eligible to obtain the required security clearance for this role

o Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

o Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

o Prior Government Consulting or industry experience

o Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 to $171,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
