Imagine One is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with demonstrated experience in leading and coaching large-scale Agile transformations using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The ideal candidate will be a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and/or PMP-certified andpossess extensive experience with Lean-Agile practices and methodologies. This role requires a leader who is effective at engaging cross-functional teams, guiding organizational agility, and working directly with executive leadership to ensure program alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence. This position is"contingent" on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy, Norfolk, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach enterprise-level Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE) to foster consistent Agile practices and behaviors.
- Facilitate Product Increment (PI) Planning sessions across Agile Release Trains (ART).
- Lead the stand-up, coaching, and synchronization of multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), including Scrum of Scrums and ART sync meetings.
- Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams across the organization.
- Manage and lead a supportive and/or controlling Project Management Office (PMO) in line with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to standardized project forms, methodologies, and training practices.
- Develop and peer-review monthly status reports, deliverables, and progress assessments.
- Define and update the PMO's mission and objectives, in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Develop and manage project charters, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and resource planning.
- Facilitate and coordinate meetings with senior leadership, providing concise briefings and strategic updates.
- Prepare and present program review materials to internal and external stakeholders, including customers.
- Conduct regular team touchpoints and yearly performance evaluations, fostering high-performance team culture.
Required Qualifications:
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Agile Certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, ICAgile, or equivalent)
- Proven experience teaching, coaching, and implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management
- Experience leading Agile transformations and managing Agile Release Trains (ART)
- Experience with PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other Agile ceremonies at scale
- Strong background leading PMO organizations, including creating processes, standards, and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation - with proven ability to brief senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Experience developing project charters and PMO strategy documentation
- Ability to develop visually compelling presentations and program reports
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in federal, defense, or large enterprise environments
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, ADO, or VersionOne
- Familiarity with government or DoD contracting and program oversight
Educational Requirements:
- Master's Degree preferred in an IT field preferred. Bachelor's Degree will be substituted for additional years of experience.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Candidate must have an ACTIVE SECRET clearance
