In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for implementing voice biometric technologies, analyzing voice data for security purposes, and integrating solutions into operational systems that protect sensitive environments.
What You'll Do
As a Voice Biometrics Engineer, you will:
- Design and maintain voice biometric systems for identity verification
- Collect and analyze voice samples to create and manage voiceprints
- Develop and refine algorithms for voice matching, speaker verification, and anti-spoofing
- Integrate biometric solutions into enterprise environments (e.g., call centers, secure systems)
- Ensure systems are tested, validated, and tuned for high accuracy and reliability
- Manage biometric software and hardware components
- Troubleshoot issues related to biometric system performance
- Document architecture, algorithm functionality, and system performance
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to implement voice biometrics
Schedule & Shift Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote work; support required during East Coast business hours
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent (or 7 additional years of relevant experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in voice biometrics and biometric authentication systems
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer problem-solving within technical environments
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning models, and AI techniques
- Strong knowledge of audio signal processing and voice analysis
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex biometric system issues
Demonstrated Experience with:
- Voice Biometrics Engineering (3+ years)
- Algorithm Development for Biometric Matching
- Audio Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition
- System Integration and Performance Optimization
