Continuity of Operations Professional
Key Role:
Ask questions and collaborate with others to identify and mitigate risks facing our client's missions. Utilize your expertise to provide advisory and implementation support to continuity planning efforts by preparing for, preventing, mitigating, responding to, and recovering during exercises and real world events. Bring your leadership, technical, planning, and expertise to work alongside leaders in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Collaborate with subject matter experts across the enterprise will be instrumental in developing business continuity of operations plans, conducting business process analysis, assessing business impacts, and revising policies and procedures vital to continuing the client's mission. Contribute to the synchronization of efforts in a matrix organization with multiple functional areas and provide written reports and briefs for executive level audiences.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience providing continuity of operations support to the federal government
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks with competing timelines
- Ability to develop clear and effective written and verbal communication products for senior leaders utilizing Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience leading small teams and developing strategic plans
- Knowledge of Federal Continuity Directives
- Ability to travel in support of mission assurance activities
- Associate Business Continuity Professional Certification, Certified Business Continuity Professional Certification, or FEMA Level II Master Continuity Practitioner Certification
- Program Management Professional certification
