We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making through the creation of compelling visualizations and dashboards. This role requires a strong foundation in business or IT, hands-on experience with visualization tools, and a proven track record of supporting program management efforts within the DoD, other federal agencies, or Fortune 400 organizations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making through the creation of compelling visualizations and dashboards. This role requires a strong foundation in business or IT, hands-on experience with visualization tools, and a proven track record of supporting program management efforts within the DoD, other federal agencies, or Fortune 400 organizations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or JIRA.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for program and project management stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored visual solutions.
- Support strategic planning and performance tracking through data storytelling and visual analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Active Secret and TS/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including:
- Creating project management visuals for the DoD, other federal agencies, or Fortune 400 organizations.
- Hands-on experience with program management and data visualization software (e.g., JIRA, Power BI, Tableau).
- Building and managing dashboards to support operational and strategic goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in a federal or defense contracting environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and performance metrics.
- Certifications in data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Tableau Desktop Specialist).
