Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions.
- Plan, test, and implement changes to the DDI infrastructure.
- Maintain network authentication systems including Cisco ISE.
- Troubleshoot DNS and network-related issues with clear documentation and best practices.
- Deliver consistent communication and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support environments used by local government, service providers, and enterprise-level customers.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 infrastructure availability.
- Meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong DNS knowledge, including Infoblox experience
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and self-starting attitude
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or GED and 15 years of relevantIT/Network experience
OR - Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience
- CompTIA Security+ CE (DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant)
- Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
