We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Submarine CM & Logistics Analyst to lead Configuration Management (CM) and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for a high-priority Navy submarine program. This critical role supports strategic initiatives focused on improving lifecycle sustainment, engineering change processes, and logistics readiness across complex undersea warfare systems.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Navy CM/ILS processes, hands-on experience with submarine platforms, and a proactive leadership style that drives compliance, efficiency, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Configuration Management processes and ILS strategies.
Oversee the preparation and execution of Engineering Change Documents (ECDs), including ECIs, TECIs, CPs, and ECPs.
Ensure compliance with Navy CM policies and procedures, including CDMD-OA and Navy Data Environment (NDE) standards.
Manage tracking and updates for APLs, ILS Certifications, and associated installation documentation.
Analyze technical risks and dependencies related to submarine system installations and upgrades.
Coordinate with government sponsors, program offices, engineering teams, and logistics stakeholders.
Interpret and review technical documentation such as Interface Design Documents, System Specifications, and Engineering Change Directives.
Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior CM and ILS personnel.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in CM and ILS, with direct support to Navy submarine programs.
Expertise in ECPs, TECIs, CPs, and the broader Navy engineering change process.
Familiarity with Navy tools and systems: CDMD-OA, NDE, and ILS certification protocols.
Proven track record of supporting submarine lifecycle sustainment and upgrade efforts.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
