You will be the Financial Planning and Analysis Director for the F-35 Finance and Business Operations Team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies to achieve program goals, focusing on forecasting, planning, and analysis to drive business decisions. The team plays a critical role in supporting the F-35 program's financial performance, ensuring alignment with Lockheed Martin's overall financial objectives.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the F-35 Financial Planning and Analysis Director, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial forecasting, planning, and analysis activities for the F-35 program, including developing strategies to achieve program financial goals and advising senior leadership on financial planning matters. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining complex financial models to forecast orders, sales, EBIT, and cash, utilizing skills in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and data modeling
• Creating and implementing structured and sustainable processes to increase forecast accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program financial goals
• Leading and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely billings and cash collection, and providing input to the Forward Pricing Rate Agreement (FPRA) team to support program financial performance
• Preparing and presenting financial performance reports to senior program and functional leadership, and interfacing with customers as required to support Lockheed Martin business activities

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Financial Planning (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash).
• Familiarity with internal and external financial reporting requirements associated with large, complex DoD programs.
• Experience in a Leadership and/or Manager capacity in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
Desired Skills:
• Knowledgeable of cost segregation and MRP systems including SAP, Hyperion and financial management toolsets etc.
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills in managing change across a large organization.
• Understanding and experience with Earned Value metrics reports and data structures.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage many projects/tasks at one time.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team.
• Proven ability to lead and influence others in outside organizations.
• Strong desire to build relationships inside and outside of the F&BO organization.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
