The Opportunity:

As an expert in federal continuity of operations or defense mission assurance, your unique background allows you to ask questions and collaborate with others to identify and mitigate risks facing our client's missions.

As a member of our team, you will utilize your expertise to provide advisory and implementation support to enhance mission assurance and continuity planning by preparing for, preventing, mitigating, resp ond ing to, and recovering from emergencies. You'll bring your leadership, technical, planning, and consult ing expertise to work alongside leaders in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense (DoD). Your collaboration with subject matter experts across the enterprise will be instrumental in identifying risks and developing innovative solutions to complex problems. You'll contribute to the synchronization of efforts in a matrix organization with multiple functional areas and provide written reports and briefs for executive level audiences. Your expertise will result in the development of continuity of operations plans, implementation of business process analysis and business impact assessments, and development of policies and procedures in support to the continuity and mission assurance program.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience supporting continuity of operations or providing mission assurance support to the federal government
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks with competing timelines
• Ability to develop clear and effective written and verbal communication products for senior leaders using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading small teams and developing strategic plans
• Experience supporting defense mission assurance assessments
• Knowledge of the DoD Mission Assurance program or Federal Continuity Directives
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time in support of mission assurance activities
• Asso cia te Business Continuity Professional, Certified Business Continuity Professional, or FEMA Level II Master Continuity Practitioner Certification
• Program Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
