QSSHire is supporting a cleared federal contractor with a major transformation initiative
impacting the future of HR and talent systems across the IC. We're hiring a Business Process
Consultant to lead and support process redesign, user adoption, and strategic implementation
efforts for a new enterprise HR system.
This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of federal HR processes, proven
facilitation skills, and a passion for driving measurable change through thoughtful design and
collaboration. You'll play a key role in helping the Sponsor improve how they manage talent, from
process optimization to training design.
In This Role, You’ll:
• Partner with Sponsor teams to analyze, map, and redesign HR-related processes
• Support end-user adoption and training strategies for new systems
• Evaluate system functionality against business needs and recommend improvements
• Lead or support full lifecycle process improvement initiatives
• Develop standards, templates, and guidelines for training and change adoption
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and align technical solutions to mission goals
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across HR workflows
You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:
• A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant consulting or process experience
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business
teams
• Experience with Agile methods and delivering work in iterative environments
• Advanced skill in analyzing processes and delivering performance improvement outcomes
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and high-quality deliverables
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or large-scale HCM implementations
• Familiarity with federal HR, Benefits, and Compensation policies and OPM regulations
• Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, and/or Tableau
• Ability to translate HR business needs into system and training solutions
