Information Technology Specialist

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for ERM solution implementation, ensuring smooth operations and user assistance. Resolves technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to RIM processes. Maintains and optimizes IT infrastructure related to RIM, ensuring scalability and reliability. Ensures ERM solution and related IT components meet security standards and 10 | Page Internal Revenue Service 2031ZB24Q00009 compliance requirements. Implements measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Required:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent. Must have at least 5+ years of IT support experience focusing on RIM projects and Microsoft Purview/Records Management implementation.
