Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Automated Software Test Engineer:
- Design and execute test scripts, plans, and procedures
- Document expected and actual results of testing procedures
- Create and update automated test cases or scripts
- Work closely with our client's team to ensure software quality and efficiency
- This is a direct hire position
Required Skills for Senior Automated Software Test Engineer:
- Proven experience in designing and executing test scripts, plans, and procedures
- Proficiency in automation testing frameworks
- Experience in creating and updating automated test cases or scripts
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience with software testing, or 14+ years of experience with software testing in lieu of a degree
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience with backend testing, API testing, UI testing, and DB queries
- Experience testing cloud-based architectures
- Experience integrating test frameworks with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of commercial cloud platforms, services, and technologies
