Special Requirements/Security Clearance
- Ensures the implementation production schedule is met.
- Ensures survey system resources are used effectively.
- Coordinates the resolution of survey-related problems.
- Ensures proper relationships are established between stakeholders to facilitate the delivery services.
- Supervises staff operations.
- Manages the Integrated Master Schedule for on time delivery and conflict resolution.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree. Additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree allowed
- Five (5) years IMS experience with at least two (2) years leading scheduling personnel
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online) is required, with Microsoft Project certification(s) preferred
- Demonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, task dependencies, and CDRL deliveries
- Experience with schedule health metrics (e.g., DCMA 14-point check) and Schedule Metric Analysis - such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.
- Must be available during core hours (0900-1500) and available onsite at Fort Belvoir, as requested

- Active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information
