BAE Systems has an immediate opportunity for an experienced cleared Deputy Program Manager on our experienced and successful team.
We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Program Manager to join our team, with a minimum of 11 years of experience in managing complex technology programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technologies such as networks, cloud computing, data center support, software engineering, security, data analytics, and enterprise engineering. As a Deputy Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and developing top talent, driving innovative solutions, and navigating the complexities of this fast-paced and challenging program. This is a career-rewarding opportunity to work on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within a US Intelligence Agency.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Developing and implementing long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end-user requirements are met
- Performing horizontal integration planning and interfacing with other functional areas to ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technology and engineering
- Over 5 years of experience providing program management for large-scale engineering services programs in support of a top-tier US Intelligence Agency, with a lifecycle value in excess of $100M
- Over 5 years of experience working on Intelligence Agency enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs, including on-site customer engagement
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to formulate and execute aggressive but reasonable acquisition and engineering schedules
- Technical proficiency in modern Systems Engineering best practices, cloud technology, network infrastructure, automation, and agile development methodology
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial mainstream cloud providers and their offerings
- Experience staffing large contract efforts in excess of 100 FTE
- Experience with agile development, scrum, and JIRA
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Over 10 years of experience providing program management for large-scale engineering services programs in support of a top-tier US Intelligence Agency, with a lifecycle value in excess of $100M+
- Over 10 years of experience working on Intelligence Agency enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs, including on-site customer engagement
- Program experience employing earned value management (EVM)
- Master's degree in engineering, management, business, or a related field
