Description:
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for our Production, Planning, and Control team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the efficient supply and demand of materials, managing production planning, and controlling inventory levels.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Associate, you will be responsible for performing Make, Buy, and Bill of Material planning activities, maintaining production systems integrity, and optimizing material flow to meet customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing MRP transactions and maintaining production systems integrity
• Coordinating with manufacturing, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Stakeholders to drive inventory optimization and minimize cost
• Expediting and optimizing material flow to meet customer requirements
• Analyzing and controlling production schedules and capacity requirements
• Maintaining MRP parameters and coordinating with Engineering and Change Board Rep to make associated changes to the BOM

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Good communication skills, the ability to multi-task.
Inventory control knowledge.
Must be able to lead a team.
Have the ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
Warehouse and Inventory control Experience
Good computer skills
Good Communication skills
Have ERP experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
