It keeps the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and gives stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments.

Work you'll do
- Serve as a senior member of the team as a task manager or as a project leader on projects of varying scope and complexity Top-level technical and programmatic contributor with expertise in IW mission and business processes, responsible for executing projects of varying scope and complexity
- Supports strategy development to update and improve processes and plans across functional areas to help execute the organizations mission and tasks.
- Coordinates and manages the preparation of analysis, evaluations, and recommendations for proper implementation of programs and IW capabilities.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- Must be able to work full time on-site in Suffolk, VA.
- Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundations, PMP, Certified Scrum Master.
- 5+ years experience in working with personnel to identify the root cause of lapses in configuration management procedures.
- 5+ years experience in monitoring, tracking, and analyzing software across the Fleet's NIPRNET
- 5+ years experience as a project or program lead for IT/network related efforts.
- 10+ years experience in leading technical teams
