ROLE: IT System Administrator
REQUIRED:
Minimum Active Clearance: Current Secret (possibility for TS)
Minimum Education : Bachelors Degree
Minimum Experience : 3 Years directly relevant, demonstrable expertise supporting Federal programs of similar scope and scale
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Installing and configuring new IT software releases and IT system upgrades, as well as evaluating and applying patches to resolve software-related issues. Performing regular system backups and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and availability. Maintaining and managing data files, monitor system configurations, and ensure the overall health and performance of IT infrastructure. Troubleshooting and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring optimal performance and security of all systems. Setting up and managing user accounts, implementing security protocols, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Roles include IT PM, Technical & Functional Cyber & Operations Analysts, Joint Planning SMEs, Systems Admins & Analysts, and Front Office professionals.
