Funds and Operations Analyst
Key Role:
Support the Marine Corps and Air Force by providing expertise in highly specialized financial, programmatic, and business analysis to support senior leadership's business decisions. Apply specific functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, data entry, analysis of data, and knowledge of program management and finance. Participate in the identification, analysis, and evaluation of policy and processes related to DoD training initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and support meetings and planning events in support of Component Command's operations, activities, and interests. Coordinate with Combatant Commands to ensure timely financial data. Contribute to the resolution of complex programmatic and financial problems using analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Work independently with some guidance and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- Experience supporting military headquarters or government agencies in program financial management
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
- Knowledge of pertinent laws, policies, regulations, and precedents related to DoD training programs and related resources
- Ability to effectively interpret the intent of a client's needs and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process, Marine Corps Planning Process, or Military Decision-Making Process, including Adaptive Planning and Execution
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Master's degree
