Resource Evaluation and Analysis Coordinator
Key Role:
Generate and recommend new and revised financial management concepts, methodologies, policy analysis, and strategies in support of client programs. Perform continuing program execution review, analysis, and appraisal of major client operating and support programs. Prepare and brief program execution status and recommend corrections for program variations or problems to senior client leadership. Provide interpretive and analytical advice for financial transactions and program execution, develop format and content to provide various listing, reports, and data relative to status of funds and the propriety of obligations, and ensure the financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy, and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports derived from the Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS) and the SABRS Management Analytical Retrieval Tool (SMART). Develop, coordinate, and disseminate lessons learned. Coordinate the development and reporting of cost and performance information in support of client mission tasks. Promulgate approved financial management policies within the organization based on DON policy and develop and issue implementing procedures.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with DoD financial management systems
- Experience with Joint Travel Regulations
- Experience with DoD Financial Management Regulations (FMR)
- Experience with routing and approving in the Defense Travel System
- Knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations pertaining to USMC budgeting, accounting, and internal controls
- Knowledge of budgetary processes and accounting transaction lifecycles
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) Certification
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in EUCOM or AFRICOM AORs
- Experience with advanced features of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly in oral and written forms for complex data analysis topics to senior leaders and their respective staff
- Master's degree
