MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking a results-driven Project Manager with an architectural or engineering background to oversee small-scale design, construction, and facility improvement projects for the United States Postal Service's Facilities Repair & Alterations team.

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking a results-driven Project Manager with an architectural or engineering background to oversee small-scale design, construction, and facility improvement projects for the United States Postal Service's Facilities Repair & Alterations team.
This is your opportunity to combine technical expertise with project leadership-managing repairs, upgrades, and alterations that directly impact the efficiency of one of the largest logistics operations in the nation.
What You'll Do
- Lead design and construction efforts for facility repairs, minor construction, and system upgrades (electrical, HVAC, structural).
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and USPS teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and in compliance.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and technical evaluations to recommend the best solutions.
- Draft RFPs with specifications and drawings; review bids for accuracy and compliance.
- Attend and lead key project meetings, perform site inspections, and ensure contract requirements are met.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical), or Construction Management (ABET-accredited if engineering).
- 3-7 years' experience in commercial facility maintenance or construction project management.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed; ability to telework after initial on-site period.
- Ability to pass background check, drug test, and obtain Public Trust clearance.
