Acucyber is looking for an Enterprise Network Services Engineer to work with one of our government customers. This position will support all Medical Treatment Facilities in the DHA Enterprise. The engineer will work with on-site personnel and other network specialist to troubleshooting issues. The engineer will be responsible for assisting with maintained connectivity for DHA hospitals and working with internal and external customers on a daily basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting network security solutions related to routing, load balancing, and application delivery
Working in a team setting making recommendations related to troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentation
Resolving issues in a timely manner dealing with a variety of different network devices to include Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and F5 load balancers

Requirements
Desired/Required Skills:
Strong background in programming and automation.
6-9+ years relevant experience in supporting WAN/LAN technologies (Routing Protocols).
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred but not required
A strong working knowledge with Cisco Routers/Switches, Palo Alto Firewalls, and F5 devices.
A good understanding of TCP/IP in regard to routing and subnetting.
Must be a team player that can work under pressure with good written and oral communication skills
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and hold a DoD Secret Clearance.
Experience with the following Network protocols and services:
Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP)
Access Control Lists
Layer 2 Switching
Spanning Tree
Packet Analysis
F5's
