ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Change Specialist to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • The Lead Change Specialist is recognized as a subject matter expert in change management, possessing extensive experience and deep expert knowledge in the planning, assessment, authorization, and implementation of complex enterprise-wide changes
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of change management principles, coupled with a strong grasp of ITIL-informed best practices, organizational standards, and industry trends
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Change Management Program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of controlled and efficient change across the organization
  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on mentorship to other Change Specialists and members of the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring that change initiatives are evaluated and implemented effectively
  • Develop and refine advanced change policies, procedures, and tools, leveraging automation and data-driven insights to optimize change processes and minimize risk
  • S erve as a key liaison and trusted advisor between Technical Teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the change lifecycle
  • They champion the integration of change management with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, driving a holistic and proactive approach to service delivery and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 12+ years years of relevant Change Specialist IV experience.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise-level change management tools and platforms, including experience with customization, integration, and automation.
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certifications are required, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in IT Service Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) Meetings, managing high-risk changes, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience in developing and refining change policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
  • Experience in automating change management processes and integrating change management with DevOps or agile-informed methodologies, enabling efficient and adaptable change practices.
  • Experience in project management, particularly with methodologies like PMP, demonstrating the ability to manage complex change initiatives effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and advanced analytics for change performance monitoring, enabling proactive risk management and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in training and mentoring junior change management staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Experience with Risk Management Frameworks and tools, enabling comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation throughout the change lifecycle.


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have an active/current Secret security clearance.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
