ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Facilities Security Officer to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Senior Facilities Security Officer is responsible for the physical security of unclassified and classified workspaces in accordance with NISPOM requirements
- Provide consultative services to ensure workspaces meet the required security configurations (demise walls, alarm systems, code-lock doors, security guards, etc), per the classification level, in accordance with NISPOM
- Maintain records of visitors and secure storage container accesses, as required by the classification level for the facility
- The Senior Facilities Security Officer provides direction and mentorship to subordinate staff
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in field necessary to assume Senior Facilities Security Officer duties or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- 9+ years of relevant Senior Facilities Security Officer experience.
- Experience in physical and personnel security, and supporting the management and implementation of NISPOM compliance and policies.
- Experience with personnel security, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and compliance, and clearance processing. Experience ensuring and overseeing proper visitor control.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Management, or related field. Experience in the preparation of subcontract DD254s for classified contracting, visit requests, and security aspects of prime and subcontracts.
- Experience with program operations or project management support. In-depth understanding of Special Access Programs (SAP) administration.
- Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or Certified Security Supervisor (CSS) certifications.
- Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
