What You’ll Be Doing:
• Be the first line of support for users needing help with systems and applications
• Answer questions and solve problems via phone, email, or chat
• Log all activity and resolutions in a service ticketing system
• Learn how to escalate technical issues and follow through until resolution
• Work with a team focused on delivering high-quality, reliable IT service
• Stay current with tools, tech, and procedures—we’ll help you learn

• Willingness to work some nights, weekends, or holidays when needed
• Interest in pursuing a career in cybersecurity, systems, or IT support
• High school diploma or equivalent
