Senior SharePoint Developer

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing and 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Share Point Developer that acts as the main point of contact for SharePoint and O365 requirements. Maintains and updates MS SharePoint tools and applications to include all administrative responsibilities. Utilizes and updates various Office 365 applications to include Power BI. Continues to develop SharePoint Online based solutions by gathering requirements and information needs. Provides recommendations and support the implementation of improvements/efficiencies within the SharePoint Online environment.

The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a proven self-starter, capable of working independently and with a team.

Required Skills

• Need excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with network hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic team and independently with customers at all levels
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment as needed.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance

Required Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of SharePoint Developing experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with developing SharePoint solutions in SharePoint

Desired Qualifications

• Preferred certifications, which are not required, will be given more favorable consideration include: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator.
