Intelligence Analyst

As an Intelligence Analyst at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), you will partner with a large client organization to enhance their analytical capabilities. - Collaborate with client stakeholders to design and develop practical frameworks that support key organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and hands-on support for the client's critical analytic initiatives and projects, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Partner with the client to proactively identify challenges and co-create effective, data-driven solutions to their issues.
- Perform in-depth analysis of historical data and emerging trends to provide the client with actionable insights and recommendations for improving methodologies and tools.
- Offer direct, hands-on assistance to guide client personnel in using analytic systems and approaches effectively.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact, providing timely and clear responses to customer inquiries to ensure they receive maximum value from their analytic tools and methodologies.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree or equivalent
- Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain CI Polygraph
- Demonstrated expertise with analytic tools and platforms.
- Exceptional ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a talent for explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive and consultative approach to identifying problems, developing hypotheses, and creating data-driven solutions
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with an in scope CI Polygraph
- Conduct internal/external engagements on behalf of government and contract leads
- Provide guidance to contract support staff for increased collaboration
- Experience with collecting and executing contract requirements
- Support assessments of the effectiveness of software applications in the field
- Familiarity with software application development
- Experience with CI/HUMINT organizations
