Base-2 Solutions is looking for a talented and enthusiastic undergraduate or graduate student aspiring to enter the hi-tech and/or government contracting industry to join us as a Technical Intern for Summer/fall 2025. This internship will allow you to collaborate with professionals to tackle real IT challenges, posting and updating company website, and support the review and creation of technical reports. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, are eager to learn, and able to commit 20 - 25 hours a week through December 2025. Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct technical research and literature review to support white papers, reports, and internal documentation
- Work on IT tasking to include code development, MS 365 configurations, automation, performance improvement metrics capture and resolution.
- Support the draft and edit of technical reports, case studies, and capability summaries.
- Assist with the preparation of R&D updates, project briefings, and presentations.
- Support website content refreshes, including the development of updated descriptions for services, technologies, and past performance.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to translate complex ideas into clear, professional content.
- Conduct Data Review and analytics.
- Help develop and refine templates, diagrams, and visuals to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Track and document progress on research efforts and internal technical initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills--especially in translating technical content for various audiences.
- Experience with MS Office, MS 365, and/or content development tools (Code Development IDEs, Canva, Visio, or similar).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Interest in government contracting, emerging technologies, or national security is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for work.

- Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
