AIM World Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company, the client, and key stakeholders across various branches of the U.S. military and associated prime contractors. Based in Guam, this position plays a pivotal role in client relations, internal coordination, and oversight of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Face of AIM World Services in Guam, representing the company in all external communications and engagements.
• Act as the primary liaison between AIM, U.S. military clients (USAF, USN, USMC, USA), and Prime Contractors.
• Lead and participate in client briefings and ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and program execution.
• Maintain strong internal communication across departments to ensure operational efficiency and consistency with project goals.
• Provide high-level decision support informed by experience in U.S. military command structures.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Support understanding and execution of U.S. DoD contracting requirements with a particular focus on construction-related projects.
Qualifications:
• Previous U.S. Military experience at a senior command level (e.g., O-5/O-6 or equivalent civilian grade); strategic planning and leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with DoD contracting processes, compliance standards, and federal acquisition protocols.
• Experience with construction project oversight, including familiarity with timelines, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex programs with minimal supervision.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for security clearance (as required by client contracts).
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience working on U.S. Government contracts in overseas environments.
• Knowledge of Guam’s infrastructure, regulatory environment, or past experience operating in the Indo-Pacific region.
