Operations Analyst

Key Role:

Support the Marine Corps via expertise in the integration of C WMD and CBRN equities in support of service, theater, and national objectives. Collaborate with staff to integrate C WMD and CBRN defense capabilities into strategic and operational plans, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and priorities. Provide subject matter expertise on CBRN defense- related matters during planning and coordination of meetings, exercises, and briefings. Assess potential CBRN threats and hazards that could impact the client's area of responsibility. Analyze strategies to mitigate CBRN risks and enhance service and theater capability to resp ond effectively. Provide analytical support for the development of defense- related exercise scenarios and training programs to enhance operational readiness. Liaise with partner organizations, host nation agencies, and international partners to enhance interoperability and information sharing in the CBRN domain. Provide analytical support to the development of defense- related policies , procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to C WMD and CBRN integration efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience c ond ucting full-spectrum CBRN E or C WMD support in the Department of Defense, including operations and preparing plans, annexes, orders, and standard operating procedures
  • 8+ years of experience c ond ucting operations in the Department of Defense at the Combatant Command, Service Component, Brigade , or Division Corps level
  • Experience planning large-scale planning events with military headquarters staff elements
  • Experience with the Joint Planning Process, Navy Planning Process, Marine Corps Planning Process, or Military Decision-Making Process, including Adaptive Planning and Execution
  • Experience using the Micro sof t Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Ability to coordinate across staff functions and command echelons
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
