As a Defense Mission Expert, you'll bring your leadership expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the Special Operations Community on projects for rapid solutioning. You'll use your skills and expertise to identify capability gaps in requirements, while providing state of the art technology solutions.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in an operations or program management role supporting the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Community or Department of Defense (DoD)
- 10+ years of experience in talent management and soldier development within SOF
- Knowledge of SOF application of global force projection
- Knowledge of leading the strategic design and integration of SOF life cycles across a Joint Combatant Command (JCC)
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience transitioning science innovation to clients and industry
- Experience with providing Training Management, including courses and schedule development
- Knowledge of managing multiple project deliveries to DoD
