We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Liaison and User Needs & Requirements Collector to support the transition of advanced R&D prototypes into mission-ready operational systems within the GEOINT and ISR domains. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of navigating complex technology adoption processes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead efforts to transition R&D prototype systems, components, processes, techniques, or software into operational environments.
• Conduct independent test & evaluation (T&E) and verification & validation (IV&V) activities to ensure readiness and effectiveness of technologies.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize stakeholder requirements to guide technical development and transition planning.
• Develop and deliver technical reports detailing performance metrics, progress milestones, and recommendations for further action.
• Collaborate with mission stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational needs and user expectations.
• Facilitate engagement across multidisciplinary teams and user communities to drive technology adoption.
• Apply agile program management principles to ensure iterative development and responsiveness to evolving mission needs.

Requirements:
- Experience with SOUTHCOM and NORTHCOM mission sets
- Familiarity with motion GEOINT
- Familiarity with any cloud-based management and analytics platforms and/or principles/methodologies
- Degree in Astronomy, Astro-Biology, Astro-physics, Astronautics, Aerospace Engineering, Astrodynamics, Aerodynamics, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geology, Geological Sciences, Hydrodynamics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Science, Meteorology, Nuclear Engineering, Oceanography, Orbital Mechanics, Organic Chemistry, Physics, Physiology, Political Science, Quantum Engineering, Quantum Physics, Thermodynamics, Volcanology, or related disciplines.
