Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work as part of a professional team in support of our nation's Warfighters. Your activities will support the Warfighters' requirements to train, certify, and validate their tactics, techniques and procedures.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work as part of a professional team in support of our nation's Warfighters. Your activities will support the Warfighters' requirements to train, certify, and validate their tactics, techniques and procedures.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide modeling and simulation (M&S) support to the Missile Defense Agency's Wargames and Exercises Directorate
- Build models and simulations utilizing MDA M&S tools to support Geographic Combatant Commands Exercises and Wargames
- Troubleshoot software/hardware/connectivity issues during test, integration, and execution events
- Build shot plans in accordance with customer objectives and national security requirements
- Some shift work is required
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- BS in an engineering or STEM degree.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance prior to starting.
- Modeling and Simulation software familiarization.
- Support domestic and international travel as required.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Ability to configure and operate Windows and LINUX workstations
- CompTIA Security+ desired not mandatory
- Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the DoD Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) process
- Experience with DoD Wargames and Exercises
