Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a contract responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining onsite and cloud-based enterprise IT solutions for a government customer.
The successful candidate will act as the overall Program Manager for a Single IDIQ contract effort. In this capacity they shall direct efforts of cross-competency teams spread across multiple efforts but heavily focused on full stack and application software developement, O&M, testing, and IT project management. The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison and POC with Government representatives on technical and project issues.
The ideal Program Manager should possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and an ability to adapt to emerging and dynamic requirements. A quality candidate should also have a strong desire to be highly involved in advancing the growth of the program through competitive task order awards.

Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Additional Responsibilities include:
- Oversight and management of contract personnel
- Oversight of all technical and operational functions, planning, organization, and control of resources to complete all contract deliverables and services.
- Planning and directing execution of the contractual, technical, multi-disciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort
- Monitoring and reporting progress through regularly scheduled briefings to leadership on program status and milestones
- Manage acquisition and employment of project resources.
- Control financial and administrative aspects of the project
- Serve as the primary POC to the customer's COTR/GTM for contract, cost, schedule, and performance.
- Ensure sufficient qualified staffing to achieve timely and successful completion of the efforts described in this SOW.
- Be vested with the authority required to meet the responsibilities of PM and have the necessary access within his/her company to obtain necessary project resources on a timely basis.
- Coordinate all program management reviews with the Sponsor to discuss contract performance, special topics of interest, and issue resolutions.
- Manage SLAs as required by contract
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business management, or related field
- In lieu of Masters, a bachelor's and equivalent years of experience
- Experience in an Intelligence Community, military, or other Government environment performing in a related subject area (e.g. project management, engineering, computer science, etc.)
- 12 + years' experience managing large complex projects with multiple projects
- 5+ years of Project Management experience managing complex projects of a similar scope and complexity.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
