DESCRIPTION: The Technical Writer develops, organizes, and manages corporate-level documentation and standard operating procedures. This role reviews, updates, and edits technical and procedural content, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC provides Intelligence Analysis, Business Management, Cyber Operations, Special Operations and Information Technology Consulting Services to the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC) and other Federal Agencies.

DESCRIPTION: The Technical Writer develops, organizes, and manages corporate-level documentation and standard operating procedures. This role reviews, updates, and edits technical and procedural content, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and update content for internal and external web pages, including SharePoint
- Create and maintain email distribution lists
- Write, edit, and publish technical documents, presentations, and recurring briefings
- Review materials for formatting, classification, and consistency
- Maintain onboarding content, including Newcomer briefings and orientation materials
- Edit written, visual, and audio content to meet communication standards
- Assess team and customer needs to ensure effective messaging
- Support leadership briefings with schedules, read-ahead materials, and hyperlinks
- Compile and distribute Weekly Activity Reports (WARs)
- Collect and refine data for readiness assessments
- Use MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint at an intermediate level
- An active and current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or English or a directly related field (Four(4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree)
- At least six (6) year's experience in technical writing or editorial writing.
- Four (4) year's experience working in an Intelligence Community (IC) environment
- Two (2) years experience in SharePoint content management.
