Location:Hybrid - 40-50% travel to Oak Ridge, TN
Duration:4 tracks, 30-month timeframe based on scope- 2 weeks to onboard. Initial 3-4 months discovery phase

Description:
- Lead functional workstreams across Oracle Cloud Procurement and Sourcing modules
- Oversee delivery of SaaS configurations and ensure alignment with project goals
- Drive deployment planning and manage stakeholder communications
- Define and manage workshop schedules; lead workshops for requirement gathering and knowledge transfer
- Develop and document key design decisions, process flows, and data definitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and successful delivery
- Guide business stakeholders in defining and adopting new processes
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Sourcing
- Proven ability to lead functional delivery of Oracle Cloud modules
- Deep understanding of procurement processes and SaaS implementation
- Experience conducting and managing functional workshops
- Ability to drive functional requirements and translate them into solution design
- Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills
