ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Transformation and Change Management Lead to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. In this role, you will lead the TCC-Change Management workstream and help shape the broader transformation strategy. You will be responsible for guiding stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and the development of client-facing materials such as talking points and recommendations. You'll also support related efforts across training and communications. LOCATION

Tysons, VA (Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week)

WHO YOU ARE
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experienced in organizational change management in a federal environment
  • Skilled in presenting information clearly and leading client-facing conversations
  • Comfortable facilitating change discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Able to support development of communications and training materials
  • Have 6+ years of federal financial management experience, including 3+ years in federal accounting
  • Hold a master's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Management, or a relevant certification (CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the TCC-Change Management workstream and support execution of the change management strategy
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
  • Develop deliverables such as talking points, briefing papers, and communications materials
  • Facilitate change-related discussions with client teams and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare change management recommendations for leadership review
  • Support aligned efforts in training and communications that contribute to overall transformation goals
