ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Operational Contract Support Analyst to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. As the Operational Contract Support Analyst, you will operate an Operational Contract Support Integration Cell (OCSIC). WHO YOU ARE
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance (with ability to obtain SCI).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Special Operations units or Special Operations staffs conducting military operational planning in support of real-world operations, exercises, and investments with direct experience in Operational Contract Support

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate an Operational Contract Support Integration (OCSIC) Cell.
  • Create and maintain a contract portfolio Common Operating Picture (COP) illustrating the organization's contract positions including the capability gaps these positions satisfy.
  • Conduct OCS Analysis of the Operational Environment, apply OCS doctrine and policy and implement OCS Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP)s, assist SOCNORTH in assessing OCS readiness, incorporate OCS and participate in USNORTHCOM, USSOCOM, and SOCNORTH exercises, and train SOCNORTH staff on OCS planning and execution of key OCS functions.
  • Integrate OCS into operational planning, assessments, training, and reporting.
  • Integrate OCS into theater plans and to conduct requirements review boards.
  • Coordinate OCS with HHQ and supporting Service components and contracting activities.
  • Conduct OCS Crisis Action Planning (CAP) and Deliberate Planning and incorporate contract support integration, contract support and contractor management constructs and measures into deliberate planning and CAP.
  • Coordinate and conduct parallel planning with USNORTHCOM, USSOCOM, supporting Service components, Service contracting activities, and organic SOCNORTH contract support activities.
  • Serve as secretariat for the Joint Requirements Review Board (JRRB) for SOCNORTH. This includes collecting inputs, providing OCS support to stakeholders, scheduling meetings, creating meeting products and integrating government requirements and resources decisions into follow-on processes.
  • Facilitate collaboration of SOCNORTH's senior leaders, encouraging compromise and consensus leading to actionable results.
  • Provide support for up to four exercises and contingency operations annually that are approximately four days in duration each. These events will necessitate flexibility with work hours (i.e. shift work or workdays in excess of eight hours).

COMPENSATION: As required by applicable law, St. Michael's Inc. provides reasonable pay ranges for positions based on labor market conditions in locations where compensation transparency is required. The base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $115,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
