Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an Incident Commander to lead complex emergency repatriation missions in support of HHS ACF OHSEPR. The IC is responsible for command structure activation, personnel oversight, and achievement of incident objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead field-level emergency operations for OHSEPR missions
  • Establish and manage the incident command structure
  • Assign key roles and ensure proper span of control
  • Coordinate with federal and state partners across response operations
  • Brief OHSEPR leadership and maintain situational awareness

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of incident management experience
