**This is an on-site position in San Antonio, TX**
Provides subject matter proficiency for work described in the task. Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and the definition of requirements. Typical duties include analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties. Requires expertise in a specialty area.
Required Qualifications:
• Ten (10) years combined experience in each of the following for relational and cloud-based databases:
a. Database development and software engineering/development
b. Database Design and Data Modeling
c. Requirements analysis/generation
d. Developing systems and software architectures
• Must have 5 years' experience working with Enterprise DB.
• 7 years of experience with PostgreSQL
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining automated installation scripts.
• Demonstrated experience developing database solutions in a multi-tiered environment.
Education Requirements
At least 10 years of overall experience in the functional area. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
A Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.

Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level clearance
