Job Description:
As a Ground Entry Point Subject Matter Expert on our team, you'll work with Parsons colleagues, partners, and the U.S. Space Force to support the integration of Space Operations Centers (SOCs) with advanced RF and antenna management systems. Your customer will trust you to facilitate the integration, management, and optimization of these systems, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency. Salary Range: $144,800.00 - $260,600.00

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in RF and/or antenna management
- 15+ years of experience working on space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs
- 15+ years of experience with planning and executing System Integration of complex Space/Ground systems
- Experience with supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
- 10+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment developing integration strategies/plans/reports/briefings, participation in system integration, verification, or analysis
- Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
- Ability to define, develop, maintain, and execute large-scale system integration plans and overarching integration strategy documents
- Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based communication systems
- Experience with portfolio and program verification, interoperability, certification
- Experience with planning, executing, and reporting on Lead Developmental Test Organization or Operational Test Authority (OTA) Organizations and related activities
- Experience with planning and executing program reviews throughout the lifecycle of the system
- Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
- Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02
- Master's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP)
