Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products per detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Operate under microscopes and use precision tools for assembly and inspection of micro-sized components.
• Utilize a variety of hand and pneumatic tools, including tweezers, torque drivers, cutters, and screwdrivers.
• Read, understand, and follow detailed assembly and process instructions.
• Perform visual inspections using magnification to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct measurements and tests using specialized equipment to verify product quality.
• Accurately record production data and maintain documentation in digital systems.
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and optimize production flow.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with electronic or microelectronics assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and test equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including navigation of digital work instructions and timekeeping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn industry standards such as J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and a desire to grow in a technical role.
