Advanced Systems Engineer - Requirements Management and Test

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret

As a systems engineer for Maritime and Strategic Systems - Seaborne Platform Systems, you will be a member of a cross functional SEIT team responsible for the Systems Engineering tasking and deliverables for a large-scale hardware and software centric system, to include: CONOPS development, requirements management, system testing, and system modeling.

We encourage you to apply if you have the below skills or experiences:
Necessary:
1. Strong Systems Engineering background with integrated systems that include hardware (mechanical & electrical) and software/controls
o Software systems engineering experience necessary. Experience with complete HW/SW systems strongly preferred
2. Proficiency and experience with DOORS and requirements management process and tools
3. Proficiency and experience developing software/hardware test plans/test cases/test procedures
4. Proficiency and experience with Software Design and Testing

Preferred:
1. Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), using MagicDraw or other similar tools, to develop Block Definition Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, etc.
2. Experience conducting system testing and generating test reports
3. CONOPS development or similar
